The theme for 2026 Flavours of Plenty festival is Pushing the Palate and for us this is where East meets West, and it’s deliciously messy in the best way.

Think dumplings and ravioli having a love affair, salads that flirt with spice, and flavours that tell stories from Taiwan to Tuscany.

The Trading Post’s talented crew, Simone (from Italy), Jen (from Taiwan), Jean (from Singapore), and Leigh (from New Zealand), are teaming up in the kitchen for an eight-dish yum cha–style lunch that’s all about connection, culture, and serious flavour.

Drinks are available for purchase on the day.
