We make our sourdough with: flour, wholemeal flour, sourdough starter, water, salt and oil.


We find it hard to go past a freshly baked sourdough.

If you’re not planning to devour your loaf in the first few days, we’d recommend pre-slicing and freezing the bread so that each slice remains perfection.
